Rankings for a persistent wallet — replaceable kit beats streamer luxury until you are actually rich.
Most shooter tier lists rank damage. WARDOGS ranks damage you can afford to lose. A rifle that wins every 1v1 and costs your entire $10,000 starting wallet is a trap. A Galil you can buy three times after three stupid deaths is how you stay in the Control Zone long enough for ticks to matter.
This hub splits the argument:
- Weapon tier list — rifles, SMGs, LMGs, marksman, snipers, sidearms, with playtest prices.

How this wiki assigns tiers
S — Print money or print ticks. Cheap relative to output, easy to replace, or uniquely good at occupancy (transport helicopters, Bobcats, workhorse 5.56).
A — Buy when the wallet is healthy. M4-class rifles, Humvee gun trucks, solid LMGs. You feel the upgrade. Two deaths in a row still hurt.
B — Situational. Shotguns in stairwells, ghillie sniper lives, artillery if you have spotters. Strong in a job, wasteful as a default.
C — Expensive answers. Main battle tanks, Havocs, anti-materiel rifles with luxury ammo. They win fights and lose evenings when used as a first buy.
D — Trap for the $10,000 account. Anything that costs more than you can rebuy this match with no taxi backup.
Tiers are Closed Alpha / Closed Beta snapshots. BULKHEAD has said Early Access will focus on balance rather than weekly content drops. Expect reshuffles. We would rather be useful than pretend a live patch already froze the meta.
What we refuse to rank (yet)
- Hidden faction power. Official material treats Lonestar, Valkyra, and Manticore as equal besides identity and starter rifles.
- Cosmetics from the Supporter Pack. They do not tick.
- Jets. Not a launch vehicle.
- A “best tower.” Towers move with the randomised zone; see codes.
How to use a tier list in a live match
- Look at your wallet, not the S column.
- Pick the highest tier you can replace twice.
- Fill medical and ammo before you fill a fourth optic.
- If vehicles are dominating, your “S-tier rifle” is a launcher problem.
- After the match, note what actually kept you in the zone. That is your personal S.

It is based on Closed Alpha and Closed Beta community catalogues plus official content counts. Treat it as a value ranking that will move after 10 September 2026.
Why is a cheap rifle above a sniper?
Because death deletes kit. A replaceable 5.56 keeps you in the census. Luxury ammo and $8,800 anti-materiel guns do not, unless you are already rich. See weapons.
